Both of my parents are here. It is a lovely place and it is maintained well. In April I requested a repair to their plaque and went back today (June 2) to find it completed, thank you. We have never had any issues.

there has been a fantastic improvement in the personnel at Parkwood.
our recent experience has been wonderful. we worked with Mr Frank Holtman who I believe is the new director. he was kind and efficient.
when we walked to the site he determined that a bush needed to be cleaned up and some tree limbs trimmed. Our site was beautiful on the day of the burial. Many thanks for your kindness and consideration.Added June 14, 2017 by Mary Lou Gercke - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
For the 15 years after my father's death I had no complaints. But in the past three years since my mother's burial I have been extremely disappointed in the maintenance of their graves. I've visited to find the stone sunken and covered with water, huge tire tracks from heavy equipment across the graves and the flat grave stone and marker has been broken in half three times by heavy equipment. That means, of course, that the vase is also broken so when I'd like to place flowers on a special day (birthday, anniversary, etc.) I cannot. It is so upsetting to see my parents buried in such awful conditions. To allow this to continue to happen shows a lack of respect for the dead and the living. I would discourage anyone from considering Parkwood as an option

Worst place ever! Stay away if you vale respect for the living or for those who have passed. The employees are rude. They have no compassion and they lie about required fees. They take advantage of grieving family members and then they never deliver on the services that were paid for. Graces are not kept up and if you complain they refer you to the cemetery board. Tony is cruel and makes his living taking money from people. He lies. He won't respond to emails because he doesn't want to put anything in writing. They refuse to give you the contact information of the higher ups. I'm sure they aren't responsive either.

Too many graves that are overgrown with grass & debris! Some grave plaques are broken off of their cement blocks and bent from lawn mowers running over them. They need their workers to do more detail care on these graves! Also the roads need repair.
