  If could give this place no stars I would ! The location on Liberty road was horrible and unprofessional and I advise them to get new people there. The people there were very rude and that's a place where people are trying to grieve it was a horrible experience and it makes you never want to go to a fuenral again. They aren't comforting and they don't have a care in the world. who is running this location ? Just so unprofessional didn't guide traffic properly to get to the burial it just was a mess.

  My mother-n-law was sent to hospice and my husband and I decided to make pre-arrangements before her passing. When we entered the building on York Road, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly employee and was escorted up stairs to meet Mr. Spears ~ funeral director, He patiently went through the process with us. A week later, my mother-n-law passed away. We called Vaughn Green at 2am they immediately went and retrieved her body from the hospice. We met with Mr. Spears next day and he also was available for us during the whole process. The only business we had to do was to pick flowers because everything was taken care of during the pre-arrangement. It was effortless. The viewing was so peaceful and wonderful. My mother-n-law looked gorgeous. We also had the service at Vaughn Green, The musician was a blessing and the pastor preached a great sermon. We are in our 40's and this is the first time we had to make funeral arrangements. The directors, staff and drivers were so professional it was priceless and also a blessing for my husband and myself. I just wanted to let the world know about our experience. Thank you Vaughn Greene for your excellent customer service during our time of bereavement.
